JUST WANT TO SHARE SOME IDEAS

Hi and hello everyone!!

today was a very tiring day!!awww ' >_< '..
6.30a.m-subuh..*its 'subuh gajah actly:))* 8.00a.m.-driving class..
9.00am.m-this was totally damn shit!! 'ceramah PRA-L..grr..i'm very,very sleepy..shamed me..(tersenggok2)haish!!
12.30p.m.-the best thing!!for the first time i drove a car..hha..actly i'm quite excited..n nrvs but...thnx to uncle Mansor..he was sooo kind and very patient person :)) he said that i learned fast!! enough for driving class :))

i just want to share what i've found at the newsppr just now..it's about one kind of disease that i totally never heard about it..it's HEPATITIS C..before this i just heard about HEPATITIS A and B..because long time ago,my pa hve the A one..from my research and wht i've read at the newsppr just now HEPATITIS C is a disease that almost same as HIV.. it comes from the bad habits that drugs addict always done..share the same needle with the others..

HEY!!its a cruel thing right??but u serve it..who asked u to be a drugs addict right?? u make ur own decission!!

oke..people always afraid to make a medical check-up. they can't accept the faith when they were sick.but physically they look like a normal person..i know it will chnge our life.but try to accept it slowly and u hve to fight with this disease.show that u are a strong person.. not a weak person that locked themselves in a room waiting to die!!
HEPATITIS C can be detect only through a medical check-up.so i suggest to all people especially 35 and above, go for a medical check up at least twice a year..it helps u lot :)) change ur mind settings.. stay healthy by doing some exercise, eat based on the pyramid food, drink plain water lot and the important thing is don't take drugs just to release ur tension!!keep fit and stay healthy :))

from the article that i read just now, i realize that i still a dumbt person acting that i know evrything..but the reality u are not NADIAH!!u even don't know what was HEPATITIS C before..u better do a lot of research after this:))
tomorw i will fill up the 'borang UPU'..GOD..i beg u please be kind to me..hope that my decision is true:))
